For Job-Seekers

Start by telling us about yourself — your skills, qualifications, and the type of work you’re looking for. Once we understand your background and goals, we’ll begin matching you with genuine opportunities that fit your profile.

1) Register Your Interest

We work with a network of verified, reputable UK employers who are actively recruiting international candidates. Every employer is either already licensed to sponsor overseas staff or working with Workeze to obtain a Sponsor Licence.

2) Matching You with the Right Employer

If your application requires an interview, we’ll help you prepare — offering advice, guidance, and support so you can present yourself confidently and professionally.

3) Interviews and Selection

Most international applicants will need a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and a work visa to work in the UK.
Workeze ensures every role we offer is legitimate and compliant with Home Office regulations.
If your employer doesn’t yet have a licence, we’ll assist them through the process — or, in certain cases, Workeze can act as your sponsor, employing you directly and assigning you to a verified UK business.

4) Visa and Sponsorship Support

Once your visa is approved, our team supports you with travel and relocation arrangements. We can provide guidance on accommodation, workplace integration, and life in the UK — helping you settle in with confidence.

5) Relocation and Onboarding
